About Heiwa

Heiwa connects goals, decisions, code, AI agents, releases and operations in one system that understands how the work fits together, tells you what needs you, and keeps people in control of consequential decisions.

Work management, knowledge, communication, product health and project economics live around one shared project context, in a web app that feels like one product.

Heiwa is under active development and isn't publicly available yet — there is no sign-up to send you to. What it does today is labelled honestly below.

Highlights

    Goals, plans, tasks, decisions, releases and gates, connected by typed relations — so impact and project memory are part of the work, not a separate report.

  2. Attention, not noise

    An inbox and a control tower that tell you what needs you, and why.

  3. Agents as workspace members

    AI agents work under policy, approvals, budgets and claims, with people in control of consequential decisions.

  4. Software catalogue

    A catalogue of your software with change intelligence, connected to GitHub through signed webhooks.

Where things stand

Built — work, goals, plans, tasks, decisions and releases; the graph and project memory; attention and the inbox; the software catalogue; agents as workspace members; the Heiwa Runtime with Anthropic and local models; GitHub through signed webhooks.

In progress — execution preflight, evidence bundles and proven completion, one review centre with explained reviewer routing.

Direction, not built yet — conversations with agents, night-shift missions, more executors, and a heiwa CLI and SDK.
